Here to expel all problems that may arise. Location Gremlin provides location services for short films, music videos, photoshoots and other smaller scale shoots. We specialize in scouting and managing locations primarily in the North West of England with a base in Manchester, but we also have experience sourcing and organizing locations anywhere, with a particular focus on Berlin, Germany.

Location Scouting

I pride myself on my ability to identify shoot locations that both have high visual value as well as being practical. In understand the process from the point of view of the producer, director, DOP and all other HODs involved. I have developed expertise in identifying and evaluating potential filming locations, negotiating contracts with property owners, organising the correct permits and ensuring production needs are met.

Project Management

I have developed strong management skills negotiating contracts with property owners, organising the correct permits and coordinating with other members of the production team, ensuring production needs are met.

Permitting and Compliance

I have extensive experience working with local officials and agencies to obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local regulations and laws.

Low Budget mindset

We understand that in today's financial climate getting a shoot off the ground takes a lot, the last thing you need is a location that doesn't fit the budget. We've been there, but rather than resorting to guerrilla tactics, we want to ensure the legitimacy of your shoot. There are plenty of options for low-budget productions, we will find them for you.

A list of potential locations with contact info. It will then be down to you and your team to do Recces and your team to organise the shoot.

Location List from £80

After we develop a Location List for you, we will go out and scout the locations providing photographs and practical information with your specific requirements in mind. Then it's up to you to do Recces and organise the shoot.

Location Scouting from £280

We will find, scout, assist Recces, obtain permission/permits, organise, and manage the location for the shoot.

Full Location Service- One Location from £500

We will find, scout, assist Recces, obtain permission/permits, organise, and manage multiple locations for the shoot.

Full Location Service- Multiple Locations from £800
